Podgorica, (MINA) – Montenegro strongly supports joint statement of the USA, Egypt and Qatar, urging the immediate ceasefire in Gaza, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has announced.

MFA wrote this on the X social network.

“We encourage all sides involved to work together without delay towards establishing lasting peace and ending the long-suffering of civilians in Gaza”, this Government’s department stated.

US, Egypt and Qatar officials called on Israel and Hamas to meet on 15 August in order to finalize a ceasefire in Gaza and hostage release deal.
