TIRANA, August 24/ATA/ For the first time, “Tirana Beach Volleyball, Open 2023” championship is set to be held in the capital. This is an activity in the framework of “Tirana, the European City of Sports”.
The project “Tirana Beach Volleyball, Open 2023” will offer a spectacle during the 3 days of the championship, on August 25-26-27 and aims to promote the sport of volleyball.
This sports event will be held in “Mother Teresa” square and aims to become a tradition for the capital.
20 teams have been registered in this championship, of which 12 are men’s teams and 8 are women’s teams.
During the 3 days of the championship, the teams will compete to qualify for the semi-finals and the grand final, which will be played on the afternoon of Sunday, August 27.
