Cornerstone for the first golf residences to be laid tomorrow

Tivat, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The laying of the cornerstone for the first golf residences in Montenegro, at The Peaks of Lustica Bay in Tivat, will be organized tomorrow at the future Botanika neighbourhood site.

“On this occasion, statements will be given at the Lustica Bay golf driving range by the Executive Director of Lustica Development Mohamed AbouArab, Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, and Mayor Zeljko Komnenovic,” states a press release issued by the company.

The ceremony will start at 1 p.m.

Lustica Bay previously announced that, with an investment of around €400 million, the phased construction of the first 18-hole golf course in Montenegro and most of golf residences in Lustica Bay, Tivat, would be completed over the next six years.

The Lustica Bay golf real estate, called Botanika residences, includes seven villas, 12 houses and 39 apartments, which will get their first owners next year.

“Golf real estate is located above two holes of the future golf course, whose construction is expected to end by 2028,” the company stated in a press release.

Botanika is the first step in the implementation of the Master Plan, which envisions the construction of a golf course and a residential area spanning approximately one million square meters. The plan includes the construction of 130 villas, 520 apartments, a golf course hotel with 300 rooms and a golf club over the next ten years, with an investment of around €400 million.
