The government “softens” the security measure for Serbian goods

The Government of Kosovo has made a decision to easen the security measures against goods originating from Serbia.

The Kosova Chamber of Commerce (KCC) has confirmed for KosovaPress that the government recently decided to remove the security measure only for raw material goods and semi-products.

The chairman of KCC, Lulëzim Rafuna, has emphasized to KosovaPress that KCC has been notified of the removal of the security measures for raw material and semi-finished goods.

Meanwhile, the Government of Kosovo has not responded to KosovaPress regarding the ‘softening’ of the security measure for Serbian goods.

The security measure to stop Serbian goods was taken on June 14, the day when three Kosovo police officers were kidnapped by Serbian forces inside Kosovo territory.
