The Paris 2024 Olympic Games are approaching, while the Kosovo Olympic team is continuing preparations for the third participation in the Summer Olympic Games. As part of the preparations, when there are 50 days left until the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games, the Kosovo Olympic Committee has launched the #GoldenEuropeans campaign, which will reveal the many activities that await us until Paris 2024.

On this occasion, the spokesperson for the media in the Kosovo Olympic Committee, Kushtrim Krasniqi, in a press conference, said that this slogan is inspired by the successful history of Kosovo in the Olympic Games.

“Today, as you can see, there are 50 days until the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and on this very day we have decided to launch the ‘Golden Europeans’ campaign. Why have we come to the conclusion of this slogan? We have found the main inspiration in our success story in the Olympic Games. As you know, in only two participations in the Summer Olympic Games, Kosovo as a small country has managed to win three medals, and three of them gold, all three won by our girls from the sport of judo. So, thanks to this success, we have come to the conclusion that on our journey towards ‘Paris 2024’, our Kosovo team should carry this slogan with them, which we strongly believe will be an additional motivation for the entire Kosovo Olympic team.” Krasniqi said.

Until the official launch of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the Olympic Committee will develop several activities.

“As you can see the Olympic quiz…the official list presentation, then the launch of the promotional video, the uniform presentation, the Olympic team presentation, the Olympic festival, media measurement and monitoring and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games”.

The Paris 2024 Olympic Games will take place from July 26 to August 11, and Kosovo aims to win elite medals there, especially in the sport of judo.
