The press conference will present the development and positioning of the Balkans as one of the main global centres for the creative industry.
Experts and professionals from the cultural and creative industries from the region and Europe will lead the conference, with the aim of finding new ways of cooperation, growth and sustainability in the creative sector.
Speakers at the event include Clare Seals – the British Council, UK, Alma Mrgan-Slipičević – UNESCO, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milosh Gjuroski – Represent, North Macedonia, Ramona Monja Kochishka – Password Production, North Macedonia, and Ida Siljanović – EXIT Foundation, Serbia.
The ‘Creative Gate’ platform is created as cooperation between the EXIT Foundation and Taksirat festival, to strengthen the cultural and creative sectors in the region by improving dialogue and socio-economic impact, as part of the “Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans” (CC4WBs) project, funded by the European Union.
