Food inflation in Greece was 0.5% in February, the lowest in the eurozone (average: 2.7%), Eurostat reports. The Ministry of Development states that this is the result of ongoing efforts, including intensive market controls and clear operational rules. It also remains committed to preserving healthy competition and consumer protection to increase citizens’ disposable income.
