According to Minister of Economic Development and Tourism Goran Djurovic, there were a total of 878,020 tourists registered in all forms of accommodation in Montenegro in the first six months.

Djurovic stated that, compared with the same period last year, the number of tourists was 40.53 percent higher in that period.

“According to preliminary data from Monstat, this is an increase of 16.56 percent compared to the same period in the record-breaking year of 2019,” Djurovic posted on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
