Two vessels of the Hellenic Coast Guard on Saturday located and rescued of 131 foreign nationals who were aboard a fishing vessel, in the sea area 14 nautical miles south of Gavdos.
According to the Hellenic Coast Guard, the rescued individuals were safely transferred to the port of Gavdos.

On Friday, another 361 foreign nationals were located on a fishing vessel in the sea area 35 nautical miles south of Gavdos by a Coast Guard vessel and were transferred by a Danish-flagged cargo ship to the port of Paleochora.
