Skopje, 16 May 2026 (MIA) — The Literaturа bookstore in Skopje’s Diamond Mall will host a book launch Tuesday evening for Zoran Anchevski’s new poetry collection, “Deep Space” (Ars Libris, 2026).

According to the publisher in a press release, the launch will feature Lidija Kapushevska Drakulevska, Biljana Stojanovska and Olivera Kjorveziroska speaking about the book.

“Deep Space” is Anchevski’s 10th poetry collection, charting new creative territory. “True to its title, the poems dive into deeper, more precise and richer poetic landscapes,” the publisher said.

This is Anchevski’s second book with Ars Lamina, after his award-winning 2023 collection “Horse Lives.”

Zoran Anchevski (b. 1954, Skopje) is an accomplished poet, essayist, literary translator and retired university professor, who taught at the state university’s Blazhe Koneski Faculty of Philology Department of English Language and Literature.

He is a member of the Macedonian Writers Association and a member and former president of the Macedonian PEN Center.

His many awards include the Grigor Prlichev Award, the Aco Shopov Award and two Miladinov Brothers Awards. Mr/
