Podgorica, (MINA) – Parliament Speaker Andrija Mandic has scheduled a special session of the Parliament for Thursday, the agenda of which will inlude the address by European Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos.

The Parliament states that the sessions will begin at 5:30 p.m.

In the second half of December, the opposition blocked several parliamentary sessions, citing the decision of the Constitutional Committee that the conditions for the retirement of three out of six judges of the Constitutional Court had been met.

The opposition stated that the Parliament would not resume its work until the decision of the Constitutional Committee is withdrawn and until the government starts respecting the Constitution.
