Romania is this year a partner country at the 29th edition of the International Travel and Tourism Trade Fair – TT Warsaw, which takes place from 23 to 25 November, the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MEAT) informed on Friday.
During the three-day exhibition, Romania will offer an experience that will reflect the authenticity of the country. Thus, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in a traditional gathering and admire an exhibition of folk costumes. At the same time, there will be demonstrations of Romanian folk craftsmen, who will introduce the general public to the art of weaving, pottery and woodcarving.
At the stand, visitors will also be able to experience a virtual walk through Deva city, using 3D glasses.
In order to promote local traditions and culture, a folklore ensemble from Maramures (Mарамуреш) will delight the audience with artistic moments both on the main stage of TT Warsaw, twice a day, throughout the fair, and at the stand.
Moreover, MEAT will start a new outdoor promotion campaign, similar to the one carried out in Paris, on the second day of the exhibition. Thus, on the streets of Warsaw, for one month, 40 city buses will be covered with a representative image of the Peles (Пелеш) Castle, while 34 digital screens will display photos, accompanied by the national brand and the slogan “Let yourself be surprised by Romania,” with Sucevita (Сусевица) Monastery, Transfagarasan (Трансфагарашан) road and Peles (Пелеш) Castle.
