President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, is at the Élysée Palace, where a high-level multilateral summit is taking place on peace and security in Ukraine, the Presidency of the Republic posted on “X”.

The meeting is organised at the initiative of the President of France, Emmanuel Macron.

Before the start of the Summit’s proceedings, President Christodoulides had a brief conversation with Turkey’s Vice President, Cevdet Yılmaz, Deputy Government Spokesman, Yiannis Antoniou said on “X”.

Some 30 leaders are in Paris to discuss how to strengthen Kyiv’s position and assess how they could play a role if a peace deal is struck with Russia.
