Niksic, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to its representatives, EPCG Solar gradnja has set a record in the number of photovoltaic system installations in October.
The company stated in a press release that these systems had been installed on more than 380 buildings in October, with a total installed capacity of 3.7 megawatts (MW).
“During October, our teams visited more than 700 new potential customers, demonstrating that with good work organization and cost optimization, Solar Gradnja can operate successfully,” the press release states.
Moreover, the company announced serious plans for ensuring strong performance in the coming period.
“The preparation of substructures for solar systems at Zeljezara is in its final stage, as is the logistical preparation for the construction of ground-based solar systems. Additionally, an €8 million business and technical cooperation agreement is planned to be signed with one of the companies within the Elektroprivreda (EPCG) system, which will further contribute to our success. We are also negotiating for projects outside Montenegro,” the press release states.
EPCG Solar Gradnja is also working to improve working conditions, which will directly boost productivity.
“We are entering the tendering process for the procurement of vehicles for our installers, and due to the specific nature of fieldwork and weather conditions affecting solar system installations, a decision has been made to adjust working hours to maximize the number of installations within the planned deadlines,” the company stated.
To improve working conditions for some employees in Podgorica, relocation to a new facility is planned by the end of this week.
