Kosovo Forensic Agency receives specialized equipment that is expected to help in solving cases
The Kosovo Forensic Agency (KFA) has today received a donation of specialized equipment from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Kosovo, which will serve in the advancement of forensic and ballistic examinations.
The head of the KFA, Blerim Olluri, said that these devices are microscopic and borescopic that will help solve difficult issues for the detection of criminal offenses and their perpetrators.
The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Blerim Gashani, also expressed his happiness with this donation, who underlined that their priority is the implementation of the national strategy for the control of small and light weapons.
On the other hand, the representative of UNDP in Kosovo, Nuno Queiros, said that he hopes that these devices will help KAF to advance forensic and ballistic examinations.
Then the equipment was presented, where forensic experts demonstrated how to use them.
