Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – It was announced at a meeting between Prime Minister Milojko Spajc and Mayor of Cetinje Nikola Djuraskovic that the Government will fund the construction of the Lovcen – Cetinje cable car, a €60 million project, from the capital budget.

They concluded that the project would have a great positive impact on the lives of the citizens of Cetinje.

“Additional funds in the capital budget will be provided this year, allowing us to quickly launch a call,” Spajic said, adding that the cable car would be the fastest connection between two symbols of Montenegrin history.

During the meeting, the participants agreed to intensify work on the project and the call is expected to be launched in the last quarter of this year.

Djuraskovic thanked Spajic for the cooperation and highlighted the importance of this project for the citizens of Cetinje.
