The Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA) on Friday signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with Austria Presse Agentur (APA).
The memorandum of cooperation was signed by the President and General Director of ANA-MPA, Aimilios Perdikaris, and the President and CEO of APA, Clemens Pig, in Vienna, on the sidelines of the extraordinary general assembly of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA).
“We thank APA and our friend Clemens personally for their trust. This is a very important agreement for ANA-MPA as, beyond the exchange of news and content, we seek to expand our cooperation with APA in the fields of technology, digital applications and artificial intelligence. There, the APA is leading the way and is one of the most innovative news agencies in Europe and the whole world,” Perdikaris commented.
