Albanian ICT Awards, Gonxhja: Our country needs creative ideas and solutions more than ever

TIRANA, March 2 /ATA/ The Albanian ICT Awards is an event that is held in Albania for the 12th year in a row, where the capital of Tirana hosts the cream of the trailblazers in the field of information and digital technology and inventors, talents and innovators from all over Albania.

The Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation Blendi Gonxhja attended the opening of the 12th edition of the Albanian ICT Awards nationwide competition in technology.

Today, Minister Gonxhja emphasized in his remarks that our country needs ideas and creative solutions more than ever, to make Albania a nursery of excellence, the champion of the Balkans, and beyond, a habitat for technology and innovation to flourish.

“We look forward to getting to know the geniuses and beautiful minds who with their innovative ideas compete for the awards that will be announced on May 31 in all categories, with an increased focus on areas that include simple solutions for citizens, digital startups and cyber security, for which MEKI is and will be a strong point of support and encouragement for anyone who wants to create and experiment, share ideas and present and develop innovation projects”, said Gonxhja.
