Active involvement of women in management structures leads to a more developed society and economy

According to members of the first generation of the Women on Board programme in Montenegro, the leadership potential and recognition of the importance of active involvement of women in management structures are crucial factors for the development of society and economic growth of a country.

The Investment and Development Fund (IRF) stated in a press release that the statistics of the results achieved by companies promoting gender diversity further confirmed that this investment was profitable for business.

For companies that will face this task in the future, the WoB participants affirm that Montenegro has potential.

This is evident from the strong energy with a high level of motivation and self-awareness of the first-generation of participants in the WOB programme – the energy of women who will actively participate in changing our society for the better.
