ZAGREB, 15 March (Hina) – The first cruise ship, out of 393В planned for this year’s tourist season, arrived in the eastern Croatian Danube River port of Vukovar on Friday, with 170В guests aboard, mostly from Australia, Canada and the United States.

The head of the city’s tourist board, Marina Sekulić, said that in 2023, 347 cruise ships with 45,857 travellers visited Vukovar.
Two eastern Croatian counties – Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Srijem – annually earn about €5 million from nautical tourism on inland waterways.
