Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – There were 33,610 unemployed people in Montenegro at the end of July, 3.2 percent fewer than in June.

According to a monthly report by the Employment Office, the unemployment rate stood at 11.56 percent at the end of June, down from 13.75 percent in the same period last year.

Since the beginning of the year, the Employment Office has registered 7,770 newly employed workers.

Approximately 16,530 vacancies have been advertised in that period.
