Bucharest, Jan 8 /Agerpres/ – Films directed by Tudor Giurgiu, Emanuel Parvu, and Bogdan Muresanu will be featured at the Palm Springs International Film Festival in January.
According to a press release from the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York sent to AGERPRES on Wednesday, the three productions that will be showcased at the festival are “Anul Nou care n-a fost” (The New Year That Never Came) – directed by Bogdan Muresanu, “Trei kilometri pana la capatul lumii” (Three Kilometres to the End of the World) – directed by Emanuel Parvu, Romania’s submission for the 2025 Oscars, and “Nasty” – directed by Tudor Giurgiu.
Each of these films offers a unique perspective on history, identity and society, highlighting the diversity and remarkable creativity of Romanian filmmakers, according to the source.
