Preliminary results of the population and households census will be released on 25 January, the national statistical office Monstat announced.

According to Monstat’s press release, all the activities related to the collection of the census data, as the most demanding and most important aspect of the census administration process, have been successfully completed.

Monstat said that, considering the extensive control mechanisms, the citizens could have unreserved trust in the whole process, including the quality and integrity of the data collected.

The national statistical office said that the public would be timely informed about the development and the use of the software that would allow the citizens to verify their census data.
