According to the press release from the Montenegrin Prosecutorial service, the document signed in Sarajevo envisages faster and more efficient cooperation in war crimes cases.
The agreement also envisages organization of testimonies and participation in proceedings for witnesses, victims and injured parties in war crimes cases, prosecuted in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which witnesses and injured parties who live and reside in another country participate.
It is reported that Markovic and Kajganic welcomed the decision of the European Court of Human Rights to declare evidence obtained through encrypted applications as legal and admissible.
