35 Bulgarian Companies and Nine Municipalities Take Part in ITB Berlin
Bulgaria is taking part in ITB Berlin, the world’s largest tourism trade fair, between March 5 and 7, the Tourism Ministry said on Monday. The country is represented by 35 tourism companies and nine municipal administrations, which have a chance to present themselves and establish business contacts.
The Bulgarian section will be opened by Tourism Minister Zaritsa Dinkova. Thanks to Dinkova’s efforts, Bulgaria has regained its central position in Hall 3.2 of the fair. The country’s section occupies an area of 500 square metres.
The look of the Bulgarian booth is very appealing and modern. It incorporates a selection of national landmarks, which, together with a special audio programme, will help popularize the country as a safe, tranquil, modern, sustainable and competitive European travel destination, the press release said.
The motto of this edition of ITB Berlin is “Pioneer the Transition in Travel & Tourism. Together.” The event will be covered by thousands of journalists, TV crews, bloggers and vloggers from around the world.
Leading experts will deliver special reports about global trends during the ITB Convention. They will share their experience and offer advice about the best travel, marketing and sales practices.
