TIRANA, January 2/ATA/ Thousands of tourists from all over the world have visited Kruja Museum Center during 2025.
Director of Kruja Museum Medi Hafizi told ATA today that during 2025 over 212 thousand visitors visited Kruja Museum Center.
According to him, these figures show a continuous increase in public interest in Albanian history and culture, turning Kruja into one of the most important cultural tourism destinations in the country.
Hafizi said that out of the 212 thousand visitors, around 182 thousand of them visited the “Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg” museum, while over 30 thousand visited the Ethnographic Museum.
During 2025, the tourists have mainly been Polish, French, American and Spanish, but the Chinese, German, Israeli, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Italian tourists have also been in considerable numbers.
During 2026, there are expected even more visitors to Kruja’s traditional bazaar, the National Museum “Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg” and the Ethnographic Museum,
