Podgorica, (MINA) – The Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) has ordered launching of an investigation against 13 Montenegrin nationals suspected of forming a criminal organization and committing aggravated murder.
According to the press release from SPO, the suspects include R.Z, M.V, D.K, R.Ž, D.R, M.R, P.Đ, N.S, Ž.B, Z.P. i R.Ž.
The press release states that K.L. and V.K. are suspected of creating a criminal organization and assisting the perpetrator after the crime had been committed.
The SPO said that the investigation was focused on a criminal organization led by R.Z, formed in 2020, and which consisted of the defendants and other, for now unidentified persons, with the aim of committing the most serious crimes against life and the limb. “The subject of the investigation is the actions of the organizers and members of the criminal organization, which culminated in the killing of R.M., a member of the rival criminal group, in a deceitful manner, driven by revenge”, the press release states.
