Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has made a statement regarding the military exercises of Serbia, which will take place today in Peshter of Sandzak. He said that Serbia is the main factor in the efforts to destabilize the Western Balkans and that these exercises are proof of that. Kurti said that these exercises are being held 30 kilometers from the border with Kosovo and 3 kilometers from the border with Montenegro and as such, they are destabilizing for the Western Balkans region.

Among other things, ironically, Kurti said that these exercises also present the greatest air and soil pollution in Sandzak. Kurti made this statement during the start of the works on the Kijeva – Dollc road.

“30 kilometers away from the border of Kosovo, in Peshter of Sandzak, the day, perhaps the main one, of their military exercise called “Vihor 2024″ is taking place. Today they will do exercises with kamikaze combat drones and the place where these exercises will take place, apart from being 30 kilometers from the border of Kosovo, is only 3 kilometers from the border of Serbia with Montenegro. This is also a proof that Serbia is the authority, the instance, and the main factor of destabilizing efforts for the Western Balkan region and represents a threat to our republic, which they do not recognize. Since we are here with the Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, we can say that these exercises represent the greatest air and soil pollution in Sandzak”, said Kurti.
