Podgorica, (MINA) –Minister for European Affairs Maida Gorčević congratulated to the new composition of the European Commission and to Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos.

In her message, Gorčević remarked that Montenegro had followed with enthusiasm the recent confirmation of the European Commission’s new composition.

“The EC’s political guidelines for the 2024-2029 mandate, the messages delivered during the hearings of candidates in the European Parliament, but most importantly, today’s appointment of Commissioner Kos as the leader of the Union’s enlargement policy, confirm our belief that we will successfully pass the final leg of our integration journey during this EC’s mandate”, said Gorčević.
