Cypriot athletes secured one gold and three silver medals on Thursday at the Special Olympics World Winter Games Turin 2025.

Specifically, in the sport of Snowshoeing held on the Sestriere track, Teresa Onoufriou and Andreas Skordos won silver medals in the 200m. In the same event, Pantelis Panayiotou won 5th place.

Eleni Sofokleous secured the silver medal in the 50m.

In the sport of Cross Country Skiing held on the Pragelato, Nicoletta Christodoulou secured the gold medal and Dimitris Christofi the 4th place in the 50m.
