ZAGREB, 12 Sept (Hina) – Croatia’s team became the world champion at the 2024 Carp World Championship, which was held in Našice, eastern Croatia from 4 to 7 September.
The event, organised by the Croatian Sport Fishing Federation, brought together 30 national teams from four continents.
The venues for the contest were Lapovac and Šandor Lakes.
Croatia’s team won the gold medal with a 443.55-kilogram heavy catch.
Moldova was second (339.08 kilos), and the bronze went to Belgium (263 kilos).
