Podgorica, Athens, (MINA-BUSINESS) – It was concluded at a business forum that Montenegro and Greece could establish closer cooperation in agriculture, sustainable environmental practices, and investments in major infrastructure projects, with additional opportunities in tourism, energy, and the IT sector.
The business forum and bilateral talks between entrepreneurs, held on Wednesday in Athens, were organized by the chambers of commerce of Montenegro and Athens, in cooperation with the Greek Export Promotion and Investment Support Agency (Enterprise Greece) and the Montenegrin Investment Agency.
According to a press release issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro (PKCG), the event was organized to contribute to enhancing the economic relations between the two countries and to present business opportunities and investment potentials to entrepreneurs.
At the event, memorandums of understanding were signed between the chambers of commerce and the investment agencies of the two countries.
Additionally, a memorandum of cooperation between the chambers of commerce of Montenegro and Piraeus was signed after the forum.
The forum was organized as part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), which facilitated numerous B2B meetings between entrepreneurs from Montenegro and Greece.
