Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Monstat, the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro reached €2,230 per square metre at the end of the third quarter.

The Statistical Office stated in a press release that the average price in new residential buildings was €2,150 per square metre in Podgorica.

The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €2,460 per square metre in the coastal, and €1,580 in the northern region, while there were no sales recorded in the central region.

The statistics do not reflect the supply and demand in the market, but are based on the prices calculated on the basis of the concluded purchase contracts.
