According to Monstat, the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €1,640 per square metre in the third quarter.

The Statistical Office has announced that the average price in new residential buildings was €1,700 per square metre in Podgorica.

The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €1,580 per square metre in the coastal, €662 in the central, and €1,290 in the northern region.

The statistics do not reflect the supply and demand in the market, but are based on the prices calculated on the basis the concluded purchase contracts.
