According to Monstat, the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €1,500 per square metre in the second quarter.

The Statistical Office has announced that the average price in new residential buildings was €1,580 per square metre in Podgorica.

The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €1,410 per square metre in the coastal, €714 in the central, and €1,280 in the northern region.

Monstat says that the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was affected considerably by the share of dwellings from the category of solidarity housing that were available in the market in that period.

The statistics do not reflect the supply and demand in the market, but are based on the prices calculated on the basis the concluded purchase contracts.
