Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Executive Director of Air Montenegro Mark Anzur, the national airline finished last year with a profit of €2 million, despite operational challenges.
In an interview with the Mina-business agency, he stated that the company had seen positive financial results, with EBITDA reaching €4 million.
“We consider this a success. Given that the company is very young, it is successful and is consolidating both financially and organizationally, so I think we are on the right track,” Anzur said.
Regarding the number of passengers, he reported that Air Montenegro carried 480,000 passengers last year, up 30 percent year-on-year.
“Our plan for this year is to carry around 650,000 passengers. So, the growth is significant, and we are satisfied,” said Anzur, who took over as Executive Director in mid-2023.
