Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, the Kotor – Lovcen cableway, which was opened today, is the most prestigious infrastructure project for the promotion of Montenegro.

“The dream of many generations of our country’s citizens has come true. The Kotor-Lovcen cableway has started operating,” Abazovic posted on his Facebook account.

He stated that after the cornerstone had been laid last year before 13 July, the first visitors were arriving exactly 13 months later.

“An extremely complex infrastructure facility, which has been announced for decades, has been built in just one year. Personally, I consider this to be the most important project in the history of our country when it comes to the promotion of Montenegro,” said Abazovic.

He thanked everyone who had contributed to ensuring that everything was completed in record time.

“Our promise has been fulfilled! One thing is certain – whoever takes the cableway to Lovcen and sees the magical Bay of Kotor even just once, will never forget Montenegro! Enjoy,” said Abazovic.
