TIRANA, March 17 /ATA/ – Albanian textile industry is showcasing its potential at the Texhibition Istanbul Fabric and Textile Accessories Fair.

The Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Business Climate, Delina Ibrahimaj, visited the Albanian stand represented by 45 important entrepreneurs operating in the textile industry.

Ibrahimaj said that, “numerous B2B meetings and visits to large factories with potential for cooperation are an important step in procuring raw materials and transitioning to a closed-loop product in the near future.”

“Particular attention is being attached to this industry and the government has already approved a sovereign guarantee fund to help the country’s footwear and clothing sector to boost production and reduce dependence on labor force, enhance capacities for textile production cycle,” State Minister said.
