Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – There were 29,150 unemployed people in Montenegro at the end of April, 2.7 percent fewer than in March.

According to a monthly report by the Employment Office, the unemployment rate stood at 10.24 percent at the end of March, down from 12.88 percent in the same period last year.

In the first four months of this year, the Employment Office registered 3,520 newly employed workers.

Approximately 9,000 vacancies have been advertised in that period.
