On the day of the martyrs of the municipality of Shtime, the “Tower of Freedom” street was inaugurated, which connects the village of Reçak with the village of Petrov and Belinca.

The mayor of Shtime, Qemajl Aliu, said that this street connects the values of war, the martyrs of the Reçak massacre with the Tower of Freedom.

“On this marked day, July 26, the day of the martyrs of the municipality of Shtime, we inaugurated a work that is directly related to this event, to the values of the war. This is not just a street that connects the village of Reçak with the village of Petrov and Belinca.

But this street has its own symbol because it connects the values of war. It connects the memorial of the massacre of Recak with the Tower of Freedom and also the letters of the KLA. The main value is that on the martyrs of the Reçak massacre, where this road

begins, it connects the tombstones of the nation’s martyrs who have fallen for the freedom and the state that we enjoy together,” he said.

The Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Jeton Raka, was part of the inauguration of the street.
