The President of the KosovaPress News Agency, Clive Marshall, took part this week in one of the world’s largest gatherings of journalists and media professionals.

He was invited to the two-day TravMedia conference, held in New York on January 21 and 22. In a post on his social network “LinkedIn”, Marshall described the days spent with nearly 500 travel journalists and 450 destinations as fantastic.

TravMedia is the only global media network in the travel industry, while its conference, known as the International Media Marketplace, has been held annually since 2002.

Marshall, who has been the non-executive president of KosovaPress since January 2025, is also a member of TravMedia’s advisory board, as well as a member of the Nominations Committee at the prestigious Reuters news agency. This is in addition to his role as chair of the copyright organization NLA Media Access, and of the public affairs representation company Baize Group.

Over the past 14 years of daily engagement, prior to retiring from journalism in 2024, Marshall served as executive director of the British news agency PA Media Group in London, and for the previous 25 years as executive director of Australian Associated Press in Sydney, Australia.
