At the Basic Court in Pristina, injured party witness Milena Pasperevic testified on Tuesday about the damage caused to her home by the attack on the Iber-Lepenc canal on November 29, 2024, in Varage, Zubin Potok.
She said that at the time of the explosion, her house shook, its foundation moved, and other material damage was also caused.
Asked by Special Prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu whether she had been frightened, the witness described the fear she experienced.
The witness said there was also damage to the barn and agricultural land.
Asked whether she was seeking compensation for the damage from the individuals suspected of committing the criminal offense, she said “no.”
After her testimony ended, Millos Delovic, lawyer for defendant Dragisa Vicentijevic, said that an FBI expert should be heard.
Prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu opposed his proposal.
The lawyer insisted that the FBI expert testify, saying that the expert had stated that there was a match between the boot prints of his client and the mud at the scene of the explosion.
Meanwhile, lawyer Nebojsa Vlajic, who represents defendant Jovan Vicentijevic, proposed his witnesses.
The presiding judge, Vesel Ismaili, approved the defense lawyers’ proposals for witnesses.
