Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Minister of Economic Development Nik Gjeloshaj, the Government has taken another major step on Montenegro’s European path by adopting the bills on copyright and neighbouring rights, as well as on electronic communications.

“In order to successfully close Chapter 7 – Intellectual Property Law and Chapter 10 – Information Society and Media, I presented the bills to the Government,” Gjeloshaj said, adding that their adoption confirmed the exceptional and impressive work of the Ministry of Economic Development in that area.

He added that he was proud that the Ministry of Economic Development continued to take decisive steps in Montenegro’s EU accession process.

“We are now one day closer to economic development and the large European family,” said Gjeloshaj.
