Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Games of Chance Administration, revenues from games of chance and prize competitions reached €3.03 million in January, up 84.76 percent year on year.

“In the same period, there was also an increase in casino revenues by 140.79 percent, reaching €318,330. Additionally, betting revenues amounted to €796,180,” the Administration stated in a press release.

Total revenues from organizing games of chance via the internet and other telecommunication means amounted to €1.29 million, as much as 659.98 percent more than in the corresponding period.

There was also a 34.98 percent increase in revenue from slot clubs, reaching €626,700.

According to the press release, this significant growth follows the positive trend from the previous year, when total revenue from games of chance saw a year-on-year increase of 51.27 percent.
