Exclusive: Stevan Pavicevic, the leader of the “Civil Defense” involved in the Serbian vehicle that was seized with weapons

A document involving Stevan Pavicevic, the head of the organization that has been declared terrorist “Civilna Zastita”, was found in the Audi A6 vehicle, which was full of weapons, and was seized by the security institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in Zvecan, on June 23, 2023.

KosovaPress has obtained a copy of this document, which proves the use of the AUDI A6 vehicle with license plate BG-955-JW, by Pavicevic since 2016.

The document is of the travel form type, when Pavicevic, on 22.07.2016, had filled in handwritten the travel from Mitrovica to the city of Çaçak in Serbia. The document also contains the signature of Pavicevic.

The document also has the seal of the illegal municipality of the so-called Municipal Assembly of Istog, Osojan – Republic of Serbia.

In addition to the exposure by the Kosova Police of weapons and symbols that are related to the organizations that have been declared terrorist, KosovaPress has learned that in the Audi A6 vehicle with Belgrade license plates, a series of data were also found as evidence, which connect a number of Serbs with the supply of weapons and with the attacks that were made in the northern municipalities in the last month, both against the Kosovo institutions, as well as against KFOR, and also against the local Serbs.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, had accused Serbia of terrorist organization, and on June 29, 2023, the Government of Kosovo declared two Serbian formations operating in the north, “Civilna Zastita” and “Severna Brigada”, as terrorist organizations.

On the other hand, the Serbian authorities, Aleksandar Vucic and Petar Petkovic, have called the case a fabrication.

Also, the Serbian List, in a press release on June 30, 2023, reacting to the declaration of “Civilna Zastita” and “Severna Brigada” as terrorist organizations by the Government of Kosovo, called these organizations non-existent.
