TIRANA, Aug 19 /ATA/ Eva Buzo finished her 92 km swim journey, which lasted 34 hours, from the coast of Lecce (San Focca), to the Karaburun Peninsula, where she touched the Albanian land near Cape Gjuheza. 

A strenuous swim for the Albanian-born barrister who cut the challenge short last year due to complications. Today, Buzo has completed her journey, showing a physical and psychological strength. 

She has stopped very little to drink water and the journey has been constant. There was no problem during the 34-hour journey. At the time of arrival Eva was unable to speak due to calcification caused by salinity, but her health condition is very good.
