ZAGREB, Aug (Hina) – The Croatian Defence Ministry reported on Friday that the Croatian firefighting aircraft Canadair CL-415 has been sent to assist Albania for the third time this season.

Due to the increasingly serious wildfire situation in Albania, Croatia dispatched the Canadair CL-415 firefighting plane today to help extinguish the fires.

This is the third time during this firefighting season that Croatia has provided assistance to Albania in combating devastating wildfires, the ministry said.
