The second edition of the Classical ME Music Summit, a complex and unique event in Romania, will take place between November 4 and 6, at the Timisoara Convention Center, the theme being “Innovative methods for the sustainability of the classical music industry”.
The event will bring together the most important representatives of classical music from the country and from abroad.
The event aims to identify sustainable strategies for ensuring the continuity of classical music, including by creating a network of musicians oriented towards the development of new skills and abilities in accordance with the demands and evolution of society, as well as with their own expectations. The summit program includes concerts, informative conferences based on current topics, supported by music experts, workshops and networking opportunities from musicians and music enthusiasts, the organizer of the event announced, in a statement sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday.
Among the speakers of this edition are: Beat Fehlmann (Manager of the Year in 2022 for “German Orchestras” and Manager of the Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland – Pfalz), Laszlo Agoston (the most read blogger in Hungary, laureate of the title “Ambassador of Nordic Goodwill” from the joint embassies of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland), Prof. Dr. Daniel Sebastian Scholz (professor specialized in the health of musicians, psychologist, licensed psychotherapist in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy), Gerald Mertens (director of the UNISONO German Orchestra Foundation and editor-in-chief of the prestigious magazine “das Orchester”), Yvan Boudillet, Adam Jeanes and Federico Hernandez.
