Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to data from the Tax Administration, the five largest retail chains saw a 30.23 percent drop in turnover compared to 1 February due to the boycott of stores on Saturday, 8 February.
On 8 February, their turnover reached €2.96 million, while on 1 February, when there was no boycott, the turnover amounted to €4.24 million.
The data from the Tax Administration shows that the largest turnover decrease occurred in the central region, with a decline of 35.86 percent.
The northern region saw a 30.62 percent drop in turnover, while the stores saw 21.5 percent less money in their cash registers in the southern region.
The number of receipts issued in this period decreased by 18.15 percent.
