Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Monstat, the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro reached €2,160 per square metre at the end of the first quarter.

The Statistical Office has announced that the average price in new residential buildings was €2,070 per square metre in Podgorica.

The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €2,330 per square metre in the coastal, and €1.050 in the central, and €1,200 in the northern region.

The statistics do not reflect the supply and demand in the market, but are based on the prices calculated on the basis of the concluded purchase contracts.
